when you get this granular you can find thousands of examples and counter examples. Denver shot twice as many free throws last game and had SGA with 4 fouls at half time and everybody else in foul trouble. Denver got the best whistle in the entire league all season

You said the league was embarrassed about sga and all that but if that was true they wouldn’t have almost have fouled him out in the first half last game on ticky tack fouls.
