Can't remember if it's true or not but all the Coinbase listings remind me of the story of how Cobie became a gazillionaire - the listing APIs were leaky and he was discovering them weeks prior. Generational edge.

they almost always go way up as listing nears, moreso back then when their was more insider stuff going on

Damn .. well it is good to remember a lot of listings don't end up making the price shoot up like people expect. People immediately dumping a lot of times.

That’s not true. He discovered a Coinbase employee engaging in this activity before listings and alerted Coinbase and the police. Coinbase didn’t take any action for almost a year, then fired him, and the employee was arrested. @cobie
