objectively worse. culture doesn’t stay equal parts good at all times. there are flourishing periods and periods of decay.

you might’ve been able to use the old argument if art looked or sounded wildly different from 15 or 20 years ago but it doesn’t. same shit just worse and less if it

No doubt, the crafts have become streamlined. Wallmart for music, art, films that may have a lot to do with current state of things. Perhaps it's better at raking in more profit, appealing to the mids and the average. Is this avoidable though or is it how it's supposed to be?
