Isn't that just Communism? If it is allowed to develop, if we get a global internationalist cooperative of working class movements, if we can defeat fascism and imperialism... Then we can all focus together on solving our problems collectively and being as productive a society as possible in a healthy way.

I'd definitely look per capita. I mean I know China has used a lot of coal, and there are other issues, not saying it's perfect, but in proportion to the population it's still done better than the US on emissions and now look at the solar panel growth charts and China blows the rest of the world out of the water.
