Lol, it feels abrupt to submit a proposal like this as an new comer.

For higher IDs: Shouldn't be an issue with a solid reason and a small tip (at least covering the voting gas spend).

For lower IDs: Harder, but with the right tip amount, the DAO would likely support it. Everything is for sale at the right price 😝.
