here are some ideas from my side Offer a reward for leaving a review: you can plan a giveaway programme for customers for leaving a review. you can offer a prize for the best review, or enter everyone who leaves a review into a drawing for a chance to win. Add a pop-up to the website for this programme for grabbing visitors attention.
