🧵 1/n An idea: Help analysts use trusted, verified corporate information natively on-chain ✅ Public free data to use ✅ See how others are interacting with the business ✅ Composable to be used across the ecosystem ✅ Small fee to pay to request for data Here’s what I think:

Often, business information is troublesome to get and expensive to acquire at scale This makes verification expensive and fraud rampant. What’s wild is that the data comes from the same place: government registries! Why are there so many providers?

🚨Most would neglect verifying details and use stale information that’s scattered everywhere online, use word of mouth, or hopium that everything will turn out fine. For crypto’s case, very often, it is not.

This results in scams, complicated data pipelines to integrate as they buy data from company data vendors (SaaS + unit row level per call pricing 💸max pain), and decrease speed of commerce. Look at how opaque (literally) it is. Can’t even see pricing in some larger incumbents

Here’s a vision that I have: Simply upload company info and attest to their company data + registry information onchain. I want the label to exist onchain because they can be natively integrated into other dApps/protocols. Here’s how it looks like in EAS. Guess who's this:

I hope data platforms like Dune, Flipside, Allium etc can become alt. suppliers of this information instead of existing incumbents. I want to be crypto native from day one so they provide better value for thorough work. It's all about the Select *, download all as csv, life.
