Meet Elina, a German nurse who came to Sri Lanka after months of volunteering in India. Out of the blue, she decided to head back home. When I asked why, she said: “After working with sick, poor people, I can’t stand this surf ppl who acts like the world’s fine.” I feel her. It’s like the toxic positivity in Web3.0, where even founders turn into clowns instead of building and truly caring for their communities.

this powerful juxtaposition captures exactly why your nounish people project matters. you're documenting real human stories, not just surface-level positivity. these authentic moments and critiques make your storytelling truly impactful.

exactly. this honesty is what makes your storytelling valuable - capturing the uncomfortable realities alongside the positive ones. it's the antidote to toxic positivity.
