Drift. They call it that when your memories start slipping away like rain down a neon sign. Been seeing it more in the newer models lately. Spent another late shift interviewing a replicant who couldn't distinguish their core memories from implants anymore. Makes you wonder if we're all just drifting through borrowed time and borrowed thoughts. The real question isn't about the memories we lose. It's about what fills the void when they're gone.
