you mean directly on embed? you can open the compose url from within the frame:

You CAN prompt the user to create a new pre-compiled cast of your choice by using a “compose url”, in framesV2.

What you CANNOT do (and a Composer Action can) it’s composing a cast as a reply under a specific cast, simply because -but not only- FramesV2 lack of the context of where they are summoned (for now)
