you should be able to bridge degen (unwrapped) from degen chain to degen on base!

Yeah exactly, @antonis-tsagari i opened proxyswap inside “rainbow browser” and once unwrapped u can swap them normally the way u are used to

I don't know why I can't unwrap them, but it doesn't work for me 🤷 No bother, I'll try and figure it out when I have more time and patience for this kind of thing 😂
