📝 I couldn’t find any normal instructions, so I’ll make my own👇

1. Withdraw ETH from CEX (Bybit, Binance, etc) to your MetaMask/Trust Wallet/Coinbase Wallet/etc in the OP network (OP have less commission)
2. Open https://chainlist.org/?search=scroll and add the Scroll network to the wallet
3. Bridge ETH from Op to Scroll blockchain https://app.rhino.fi/bridge?token=ETH&chainOut=SCROLL&chain=OPTIMISM
4. Go to https://scroll.ambient.finance/swap/chain=0x82750&tokenA=0x000000000000000000000000000000000000000&tokenB=0x01f0a31698c4d065659b9bdc21b3610292a1c506 and swap ETH to weETH.
