I need a developer to help me build but im afraid to pitch the ideas to anyone cause they might steal it

I obviously have some trust issues

How can i overcome this?

1. Most peeps don't have your skills to pull this off.
2. If they do, they often got their own $1B idea and would prefer to work on their dreams for free rather than yours.
3. And let's face it, most people would rather binge-watch TV than tirelessly work hard.
