I am looking to convert a lot of existing code so the 4th bullet pt is the most helpful 

Fyi I think the direct links under each bullet pt that are supposed to eg link to caching in v2 don't go anywhere except the frames v2 default page

Other ppl may get a lot of value out of the templates tho!
