Usually reddit, newspaper (lol) and onefootball 😀 
I don't consume that much really, I listen to a football podcast when I have the time but apart from that I consume some on Thursdays & Fridays to make my FPL team 😅

A Swedish football podcast called "When we were kings" it's really a shame that they only do it in Swedish because I think all the Scandinavians listening to it believes it is the best podcast for football (super knowledgeable) 

Overall I'm bad with podcasts, can't multi-task 😅 and newspaper is national.
