New: Onchain trending notifications

- Experimenting with social signals for onchain activity
- We previously had this for trending NFTs
- Will continue to iterate based on feedback
- You can toggle off in Notification settings

it would be interesting if there is a link on the page somewhere and it opens up the search with token name as keyword. 

whenever i see a notification like this, i would want to get the context behind the trend as well.
