Day 1: Self-awareness for Growth Mental Challenge: Focus on becoming aware of where you are today, mentally and physically. Challenge yourself to feel the moment in a difficult pose or many of them. Physical Focus: Foundational poses like mountain pose, tree pose, weathervane, and cat-cow are great for this. Sun salutations are also fantastic. Suggested Practice: Gentle flow to connect breath and body. Sun salutations or other. Suggested Length: 15 mins Post-Practice Reflection : "How did today’s practice of self-awareness open your higher self?"

this is right on time for me. yesterday was the third day of a 3-day ashtanga yoga workshop that i completed. the full primary practice has 5 sun salutations A’s and 5 sun salutation B’s
