Dear Friend, 

As we embark on this exciting journey together in Web3, I wanted to take a moment to share some guidance with you, especially for those who are just getting started. Web3 is full of potential, but it’s also easy to get overwhelmed or misled if you don’t have the right foundation.

Here are some DOs and DON'Ts to help you navigate this space with clarity and confidence, and most importantly, without burning out:

❌ DON'Ts:
1. Don’t chase every new trend.
Every day there’s a new "hot" project. That doesn’t mean it's sustainable or trustworthy. Filter wisely.

2. Don’t invest in what you don’t understand.
Seriously, if you can’t explain it simply, you probably shouldn’t put money into it. Understanding = empowerment.

3. Don’t compare your journey.
Everyone is on their own path. You’re not behind, you’re exactly where you need to be. Keep your focus.

4. Don’t fall for scams or promises of “quick gains.”
If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. No legit project will DM you for a “free mint” or “airdrop” that requires a wallet connection or seed phrase.

5. Don’t neglect your mental and physical health.
Your wellbeing matters more than any airdrop, mint, or DAO proposal. Sleep, eat, and disconnect when you need to.

This is a marathon, not a sprint. Web3 is changing fast, but your foundation, your mindset, values, and community will keep you grounded through it all.

✅DOs:
1. Take your time to learn.
Web3 is not a race. Absorb knowledge at your pace. Ask questions, read whitepapers, explore dApps, every little step compounds.

2. Prioritize security.
Use hardware wallets. Double-check links. Avoid connecting to unknown dApps. Security is your responsibility here, always be cautious.

3. Engage with purpose.
Focus on value, not just hype. Get involved in projects you believe in, not just ones that are trending. True community building comes from real connection.

4. Take breaks and protect your energy.
FOMO is real in Web3, but so is burnout. Step away when needed. The space will still be here tomorrow.

5. Support others and grow together.
Help newcomers, share what you learn, and amplify others. Community is the backbone of Web3. We grow stronger by lifting each other.

6. Be patient and consistent.
Success doesn’t happen overnight. Whether you’re building, investing, creating, or engaging, consistency beats speed.
