Structured products is a bit too far. But regulatory clarity and AML/Cyber protection are critical.

Institutions are not going to touch digital assets at scale without
1. Gov regulation explicitly allowing them to touch the asset class
2. Synthetics/derivatives/structured products to allow hedging and risk management
3. AML/KYC/mitigating counterparty risk 
Institutional managers take their fiduciary duties seriously
