Phantom, the crypto wallet provider, has issued a warning to iOS users regarding a recent update that caused some apps to reset. Users who failed to back up their recovery phrases might lose access to their wallets as a result. One user reported losing up to $1 million. Phantom stated it is unable to assist with fund recovery for users without backed-up recovery phrases.
