Takeaway: The new narrative is L3s. There will be 100s of L3s. Money, talent, and users will move from ETH mainnet and other L1s to shiny, new L3s. They are the new memecoins.

Rising tide.  Ethereum as the settlement layer and ETH as the native token on L2 & L3 (underlying or not) will make mainnet an absolute juggernaut in terms of scope. ETH price along that ride is going to be legitimately absurd. $ will leave mainnet, but not the ethereum ecosystem.
