4337 is here as an erc and is in use. The fourth option isn’t built but maybe can be a paymaster functionality cc @livingrock7 
or module cc @kurtlarsen.eth

users should need to do the least amount of work to manage gas.

additionally, there may be a fourth option for users to sponsor other users based on their discretion which can potentially help with onboarding non crypto folks.

I don’t quite understand the 3rd point but have you tried Avocado Wallet( https://avocado.instadapp.io ) 

It has gas abstraction feature, basically a unified gas tank to pay on all chains.
