 📌My favorite pasta dish that reminds me of home is lasagna. Growing up, it was a tradition for my family to gather in the kitchen on Sundays and prepare it together. Layers of tender pasta, rich meat sauce, creamy béchamel, and gooey cheese created a masterpiece we all took pride in.

The process wasn’t just about cooking—it was about connection. We’d share stories, laugh, and sneak bites of cheese when no one was looking. The smell of it baking in the oven still brings a sense of warmth and nostalgia. Every bite of lasagna now feels like a celebration of those cherished family moments.
