Has anyone ever forced an L2 transaction inclusion via L1? 

I know its theoretically possible, but curious if it happens in practice or if its like fraud proofs which haven't seen usage in prod environments.

People did it on Soneium when they blacklisted certain tokens. Here is a write-up on how to do it
