Sour dough bread 😱😱😱 my goal is to make one!! But other than that I love making my own pizza too , I worked as a cook at a pizza restaurant for a little while about 3-4 years ago :))

I do my own Pizza and bread at home. Bread made by sourdough starter which is already 5 years old.
For pizza, I prepare poolish (sometimes biga) 2 days before baking it and use it for the fermentation the dough.
And people love my pizza.. I am a good cook, my friend. My wife so happy with it and she is shopping during I cook❤️ 😂 😂 😂
