I made raspberry and blackberry jam this morning. 

Toasted bread, lightly buttered and this on top of it 🤌🏼

2 cups of berries
3 tbs organic sugar
1/2 lemon

I got a pan and put on medium to low heat. 
I put 2cups of frozen berries in the pan and I put 3 tbs of organic sugar generously. 
Eventually heat softens the berries and the sugar starts to dissolve into it. When the fruits get soft I added 1/2 of a lemon. 
Gave it a good stir then I added tiny bit of butter. 
If you get bubbles on the surface just remove them with a clean spoon 🩷🩷😍
