Had some smoked pink oyster mushrooms last weekend and they came out perfect. Gonna try deep frying these pretty pinkies for dinner and hoping they turn out just as good.

Yea I didn’t let it rest long enough, so it stayed pretty juicy. but I think I’d like it a bit more crispy next time.
