Belvedere - haunted hotel. Switzerland. Located at an altitude of 2429 m above sea level on the Alpine Furka Pass. The hotel opened in 1882. In 2000, a new tunnel was built to bypass the Belvedere, which only made things more difficult for the business. More and more people came to see the hotel, but fewer and fewer wanted to stay. Unable to compete and support itself, the hotel was finally closed in 2015, and now the building stands with its doors and windows boarded up.
