Good evening friends of POIDH! I'm going to tell you a little story. On a day like today, 6 years ago, a dream began: my own beer factory. And it was like that, literally, a dream. One night, out of nowhere and without knowing anything about it, I dreamed that I had a factory. I got up that morning and began to investigate how to do it. With the help of my family and a couple of friends, in a few months the first bottles of craft beer, called "Caballo Loco".

It was a success, I couldn't manufacture the quantity they asked for. But it didn't last long, life gave me a more beautiful challenge, when the love of my life was born.
