let's say you have an idea for a startup and you want to get started on it. You pitch the idea to a few people, they like the idea and might want to contribute but what do you do when their vision for the project isn't as big as yours? like in a way that they only look at the project for on a smaller scale

not everyone on the team has to be a visionary - in fact that'd lead to indecision for product directions. and more people "contributing" is not the way I like it in the beginning. not a fan of people dipping toes half-assed. bad for morale, personally.
