Embarrassed to say this but I feel like we‘re getting closer and closer to „the first day“ that we REALLY launch Kiwi News. Confused? Two years ago, on here (!!), I launched Kiwi News. Full of hope and within a cohort of founders who now mostly have thrown in the towel. While it was fun at first turned into a waking nightmare. For a long time after launch we didn‘t have our priorities straight. We thought we could do more, so we explored a huge space of features on our product. We had featuritis. At the same time our main product, the content feed, was bad. And there were many bugs… The lesson was really painful when ETH crashed to zero (1600 USD) and our badly planned runway evaporated. You cannot build bad products in bad markets… So we had to admit to ourselves that what we were doing wasn‘t working. That we were doing too much. And none of it well. I think we‘ve now come around to this. Kiwi is now simpler. It‘s a news feed website with the most relevant crypto content. Try it!

Funny thing is, I had to cut costs and stopped the X subscription. Now Warpcast is objectively better than X - Fairly decent content on FC although X is still better - X is free but there is a deranged politics ad every 2-3 tweets, really off putting - On X: Cannot post long form, My replies get burried FC is now just better, which is mind blowing

It‘s feasible to ship Kiwi as a Farcaster mini app now and it would help our distribution. That said, can anyone formulate a clear value prop here? Why would you need an extra news feed in a news feed app? What else could there be?

Does anyone have an Aider plugin that can download and render the entire page and analyze layout shift that it can then communicate to an LLM, and the LLM in Aider can fix the layout shift by itself? And if that doesn't exist, does anyone have a layout shift library that can effectively communicate with an LLM which DOM nodes are shifting?
