Drove to the gym late in the morning, big mistake. As I pulled into the parking lot I encounter two drivers waiting for a spot out of their cars in a yelling match with each other. As I drove he gave me The look of somebody expecting me to join the fight 🙃 drove right back home. Fuck that nonsense. Taking the bus now which is what I should have done in the first place 😂 I thought the gym was supposed to provide an positive attitude adjustment? Just me?

Been consistently going to the gym for over a month. Endurance, strength and flexibility all much improved, not to mention my general disposition! Typing this from the open stride machine which has become the starting workout every day.

My new challenge at the gym is to do squats and deadlifts every day. Hip and thigh health is everything for this 40 year old former full time cyclist
