Here’s how I think things are going to go over the next year or so. Uncertainty brought on by the new tariff policy is going to plunge the U.S. into a recession or put us on the path to one. Markets will bleed the whole time this is happening. Later this year, economic data will push the FED to reduce interest rates, end QT, and maybe start QE. This would give risk assets a huge pump. For awhile. However, I think inflation will remain high and ultimately the FED will have acted too hastily, forcing them to reverse course in 2026. At which point, I expect a prolonged recession or worse. So, in my very retarded opinion - there will be a good opportunity to make money later in the year when the fed pivots. But make your money quick and take profits cause it won’t last for long.

You know what really highlights Americas decline for me? The lack of grand infrastructure projects over the last 50+ years. I don’t think we could build the Hoover dam today or the Golden Gate Bridge. It would take 30 years and go 900% over budget. When you look at empires that have fallen through history, many of them built their most grand structures early in their reign. The great pyramid, the colosseum, the temples of Angkor wat, were all built early in the reign of their respective empires.

This dude watched 10 hours of the Epstein surveillance footage so you don’t have to. His conclusion is that this video is full of holes along with their timeline of events. https://x.com/adamscochran/status/1942113153245942233?s=46

The United States is a collapsing empire. It took the western Roman Empire 700 hundred years to collapse. How long will it take us?

If the BBB is passed and signed into law, in my mind it’s the final confirmation needed to know that inflation will be the new norm. Instead of trying to reduce deficits, theyre going to inflate it away. It will probably be safer to hold fartcoins than US dollars. Crypto bros have been right all along.

I don’t think people truly understand what’s going to happen when more people catch on to @bracky. If you missed opportunities before, I think it’s one of the safest bets in crypto. While the price has been kind of stagnant, the project is not. It’s one of the best apps in the new Coinbase wallet imo.

I think the only thing I don’t like about owning cats is that they aren’t really good to travel with, like ever. I have a trip to Portland for work in a month or so and I don’t have anyone to watch my cats. Thinking about hiring a random cat sitter but idk that. Has anyone ever tried an online pet sitter from like care.com?

Gonna spitball with some of yall about an idea I’ve been rolling around. Does anyone think it would be a good idea to start a crypto investment/advisory business to serve old technologically inept boomers? I live in the retirement capital of the world. There is no shortage of old people with money looking to invest. I feel like this could be a good idea for a local business - especially with the moves we’re seeing from Robinhood and others. Crypto is going mainstream and I think I could sell this as a service. Charge a flat fee for advice or a percentage of profits for investments? Has anyone ever tried anything like this? I have been advising my boss about crypto trades for awhile now and he’s doing pretty well based on that advice. I know it’s really easy during a bull and damn near impossible during a bear, but what if supercycle? 😂

They’re releasing a dude who has like 5 actual convictions for smuggling and who has been deported 5 previous times to testify against a guy who’s never been convicted of a crime or legally deported.

When I was a little kid, I used to eat the silica packets that come in shoe boxes and other shit simply because it said “do not eat.” This is also why “just say no to drugs” never worked. You make some people want to do them even more when you say not to do them. 😂
