With current gas prices on L1 (~3 gwei), is it still cost prohibitive to run ~760 txs to deploy a recovery contract to retrieve 0.5 ETH someone sent to the ROR address on the L1 instead of Base?

I had zero plans or intentions to do anything when I launched /ror this weekend, but seeing comments like this one remind me why I got into crypto in the first place and how powerful communities can be.
