For the longest time I have always appreciate my ability to be organized. The habit is one where I only cared about it in some niche places but has slowly moved into other avenues of my life because of how simple it makes things. 📁 Having a well-managed space keeps my home looking nice. Maintaining an orderly office provides me a sense of peace to do my best work. Finally, keeping myself digital organized has been another level! With so much to remember on a daily basis if I did not have the systems in place I would not be able to locate information as efficient as I do today. Taking the time to create systematic frameworks in order for you to categorize your thoughts, prioritize your tasks, and understand the steps to execution really skyrocket your productivity. 🚀 For one to take the time to consciously do this in their life, it really shows a sense of deep caring that really shows up in a form of discipline. 🎯

I have been trying to be more mindful in my day to day life and it is crazy how much this unlocks from within ourselves. 🔓 We live in a world constantly bombarded with distractions that it’s even hard to stay still for just 5 deep breaths. 😮‍💨 Just doing this more often has made me much more attentive to things that are going on and it really helps live a balanced life. ⚖️ If you aren’t doing this here is your friendly reminder to do so. 💭
