As a channel owner, you may noticed that @modbot invitation frames are no longer working on Warpcast. I've been working with the @cura team on the migration recently, and it's going live today. Check the quoted cast below, you just need to change your invite link and everything will work as before. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. Modbot's cooldown feature is unaffected and remains available for use. Cura team will support it soon.

@dwr.eth are we still on track with the rebranding to Farcaster? I told my friend I built an app on Farcaster, when he saw the login screen, he was confused about the text (connect warpcast). 😅 Hope rebranding can be prioritized and bring more users to Farcaster first.

The Recaster Miniapp is ready. Currently, it offers three features: - Search and view user stats, including Warpcast label, Neynar score, and OpenRank. - Compose and schedule casts (notifications are coming soon). - Purchase Warpcast invites directly with crypto. I just enjoyed breakfast with @sahil in person, discussing how to smoothly transition Modbot users to Curabot. Openrank, paired with the @cura, will offer better support for channel owners. The migration will happen in the coming weeks.💪💪

I’m currently working on the Recaster mini app. Building a mini app is much easier than developing a native app, and it offers nearly all the functionality I need. The only feature I miss is gesture control, as you cannot navigate back between different pages.

Study how Warpcast implemented the minimized mini app. It seems it's using Bottom Sheet instead of Bottom Sheet Modal to avoid auto unmount, then save the app metadata and render the component above the bottom tabs. That's really quick and beautiful design. @ashoat.eth 🫡 I just tried this approach in Recaster.

Minimize mini app unlocks a lot of use cases. Since it's open standard, the twitter space-liked app will work on all Farcaster clients. The centralized Web2 social platforms cannot provide this!
