wooo!! so excited to work on and give this talk at Farcon in a month lots of work coming up the next few weeks. I've done a lot of reading the last couple of months on this vertical so now it's about putting the key points together and forming a narrative on "Why DeAI" that I feel confident pitching

to make a group chat / tg group work, the creator has to endlessly text enthusiastically about the given topic and "over respond" until one day a few others find excitement (and confidence) to speak their mind then like dominoes a good chunk of the group chat is talking, and then ur job is to let others go first

i've been eating so healthy the last two months (and have been rigorously tracking macros) to the point where a cheat meal doesn't even feel good anymore just feel bloated and have an urge to go on a 5 mile walk. barely even drank in march, just some wine here and there

started juice maxxing this week prepped 5 days worth of morning smoothies in a cool looking mason jar i put in lemon, oranges, watermelon, beet root, ginger, and pomegranate it doesn't taste bad at all, my blender just sucks so it's not as liquidy as I'd like it to be

one thing i'm proud of recently is getting back into the habit of reading been genuinely enjoying it. noticing myself picking up my kindle randomly, not scrolling before going to bed and reading instead, etc. going to get started on goodreads as well and write some book reviews
