life is doing everything in its power to stop me from going to the gym today was on my way out the door and made a quick pre-workout smoothie somehow a bag of cocoa powder exploded in the process and got ALL OVER my kitchen (including me) i’m feeling very tempted to just call in a day and try again tomorrow lol

not pretty but it got the job done 🫃🏾 turned yesterday’s saag into a savory pastry really simple pastry dough, just gluten free flour, chilled coconut oil, & psyllium husk gel and a lil matcha latte (can’t figure out my slow leaf pattern no matter what i do lol)

one of my best lazy meals 😭 saag with chickpeas, green peas, lentils, and carrots used canned veggies so didn’t have to prep much at all, and and dumped everything into my ninja foodi used coconut oil instead of ghee so it’s all vegan 🌱
