We're working on improving onboarding

1. Investigating how to make sign ups cheaper at the protocol level. Free is not possible because of spam. But we think there's a path to getting sign ups <$1.

2. Simplifying the Warpcast sign up process—fewer steps and the possibility for free sign ups if you verify your account (Warpcast still pays at the protocol level).

3. Improving the initial feed — a combination of better UX for finding people to follow and incorporating interests selected during sign up. 

4. Once we've tackled all of the above, we will revisit invite UX which is suboptimal right now.

Things are ... mostly working? 

IPFS WebUI can be accessed securely via Tailscale, but the local subnet gateway is causing issues. Since it tries to load IPFS files at 127.0.0.1 it keeps failing in the webui when accessed remotely.

Anyone running an IPFS node behind tailscale? I can't get previews or download links to work in the webui, but the public gateway seems to work just fine

Mini Apps

Just ran the first private beta test of my AI-powered mini-app game, Parallax. @iammatthias solved the crime first!

Lots of bugs to work out and will need some continued beta testing. Hardest thing for me is lack of testnet support with the Wurplet in mini apps. 

@deodad I'm going to keep testing on mainnet, but that also means asking the beta testers to spend real gas (which I know is cheap, but still)
