Okay I’m a bit torqued on this one if I’m being honest, Spotify does not count minutes by content time, but by listening time. This bothers me because podcast content consumption is now skewed if you listen at any rate > 1x speed…booo Still beats total time from last year, but last year I hadn’t discovered that faster was actually easier to listen to so now I can’t really compare what retention feels like between the two since I don’t have the real comp

Day 20 of 100/100 pushups air squats For as much training and capacity as I’ve had my pushups have always been dog shit, like sets of 10 have always been hard. Turns out I just needed to do 100 everyday for 19 days and then sets of 20 would be easy Consistency in training and practice is unmatched in delivering profound change
