@malbek.eth would love to learn more about your business traction and revenue model. Could you share more details about: 1. Any existing business success or revenue traction you already have from your previous cultural spaces or current work? 2. Can you clarify your revenue model - specifically how you plan to generate income from municipal partnerships and educational products? What would pricing look like? feel free to dm

@benionchain The mission is solid, but I'd recommend developing a clearer business model from the start. Right now the revenue streams feel kinda exploratory rather than validated Also, this might be a better fit for a content-focused flow rather than the current accelerator track. The project feels more aligned with content creation and community education than a traditional startup model. The team experience is strong and the local approach is smart. Would love to hear some early validation metrics or pilot results

@houseofdrey hey! since this was already funded via a vrbs proposal, we can't do double funding through the accelerator right now. but if you want to use flows for the tools, fundraising features, and team management stuff, i'm happy to help set up a flows page for you. let me know if that sounds interesting!

@qabqabqab would love to learn more about your track record with NFT sales. Could you share some details about: - How successful your previous NFT drops have been (like the "them" collection and other projects)? - What kind of revenue you've generated from past NFT sales? - Any lessons learned from your previous launches that inform your projections for cc0letivo? struggle to see how nfts would be a sustainable biz model in todays market tbh

@felipeflip love the impact you've made so far. I'm having trouble seeing a clear business plan or sustainable path to revenue in this proposal though. The revenue streams mentioned feel quite general - could you elaborate on specific monetization strategies and what success you've had with them before?

@theninemystic how does adding a new erc20 token fix the middlemen exploitations? im confused on the biz model and how adding crypto helps out also why not just use existing stablecoins like USDC for payments? what specific problem does creating FRT solve that existing crypto doesn't? and how does the food processing business model work without the token - wouldn't direct farmer contracts + local processing already cut out middlemen?

@tropicalbody how many of your current 8-12 participants do you think would be willing to pay the R$50 monthly fee? What's your strategy for expanding to reach the 20-30 participants you're targeting? Also, have you charged people for pilates lessons before, or would this be your first time implementing paid classes? for t-shirts i dig the idea, would you be down to sell them on shopify so you can get worldwide shipping + work with an artist to get some nice designs setup?

@mandhie solid work on H'sip. I'm curious about your scaling strategy - you've sold 182 bottles in your first month, but your plan shows 250-500 bottles/week by month 1. How specifically do you plan to achieve that 5x increase in sales volume? What's your strategy for finding and onboarding the additional vendors and distribution channels needed for that scale? thanks!

@tophb subscription service prices seem steep, do you have any proof/early signs that you might be able to sell work like this at such a high price point? any more proof of the art you've created/helped create that you can share?

@ezincrypto yo thanks for the submission! I'm curious about your transition from free to paid concerts - this seems like a significant pivot from your proven free model. Have you had any experience converting free audiences to paid experiences before? How confident are you that your current live viewers will convert to NFT ticket buyers? Your revenue projections assume 5-7 ticket sales per concert initially, but this is based on estimates rather than actual data from previous paid events. What's your backup plan if the conversion rates are lower than expected?

@torepa really love your project and the impact you're making. I think absent a clear business model outside of donations, it might make more sense to wait for Marmita Solidária to be added to a future public goods focused flow rather than the current accelerator track. Have you explored partnerships with local restaurants or food suppliers that could provide more sustainable ingredient sourcing? afaik getting leftover food from farms is a great way to cut your costs The accelerator track typically focuses on projects with clearer paths to financial sustainability. Your project has amazing social impact - it might be better suited for a dedicated public goods flow where you'd be able to raise funds via a revnet/donations

@pandagrey Hey! Checked out your Nouns Art draft - love the vision of supporting artists and preventing great work from being lost. A few questions that might help strengthen the proposal: 1. How does this differentiate from existing platforms like uplink.wtf (which struggled to gain traction) and bountycaster (already doing bounties)? What unique value prop makes this succeed where others haven't? 2. The revenue model mentions minting fees and 20% commissions - do you have data on what transaction volumes you'd need to be sustainable? What's the path to those numbers? 3. Have you validated demand with artists/startups? Any early partnerships or commitments that show market pull? The art curation angle is interesting - maybe leaning more into that unique positioning vs general marketplace could help clarify the differentiation?

@vidaverde.eth Hey! Really love the Choco Vrbs concept and the Venezuelan cacao angle. A few questions/thoughts: The accelerator funding is around ~$200/month, which seems like it might not cover your $1,500 monthly fixed costs. How are you planning to bridge that gap? Have you made chocolate before? Would love to hear about your experience with the actual manufacturing process. You mentioned coffee parties and commercial stores for sales - do you have any specific partnerships or venues lined up already? Do you have any plans to do something online? Also curious about your timeline - you said you could have a sample in a few days if funded. What's your current setup for production?
