Working on adding new rules to the top-level TCR contract, would like some feedback on them So far ideas are: - A given project or team cannot be funded for more than 1 grant in the same flow - A builder cannot be funded for more than 2 grants in flows w/ min. salary > $50/mo. (basically just excludes selfies) - If you are currently being paid by Nouns (or a nounish subdao?), you cannot double dip and get supplemental funding from /flows to do the same exact work, it must be net new impact or a different focus enabled by the flows funding (I will have to remove our own Flows grant but think this is the right call) These rules will inform challenges/curators. If you have thoughts/more ideas lmk

we should simultaneously: - build out $nouns so anyone can get exposure - fund 100x more builders at smaller amounts and measure how many of their supporters buy $nouns / contribute to nouns economy if that leads to new energy in > energy out, we scale i just don't think we can justify most $100k+ props without clear attribution back to auction bids anymore

please share updates on Farcaster, they can be posted in any channel do not try to share updates via AI chat, it doesn't work. we want all data to be publicly visible

2 years ago, managing a grant program paying 1000 people would take hundreds of man hours to verify/audit AI drops administrative costs to near 0

hard at work right now building out an impact system think more accurate stories with proof + condensed impact/results, displayed beautifully on your grant page

An impact unit is an attempt to make an abstract outcome as tangible and verifiable as the eggs you pick off the shelf. The more it resembles a straightforward product—where it’s clear what is produced, who produced it, how much it costs or is worth, and how you can trust its quality—the more naturally funding and incentives will flow, just like in a normal market. any thoughts on how we'd do this?
