@daylight is great. I hope they don't pivot to something stupid like memecoins. They're one of the few projects with a perfect UX, providing real value with calm technology. Onchain discovery is such a deep space for innovation and the surface has just barely been scratched. I'd love to see them expand to serve pro-social use cases like discovering contribution / collaboration opportunities, relevant PG value flows, awesome local projects and other regenerative interactions. Or, on the consumer side, vulnerability notifications or discovering relevant alternatives to the dapps I use. All stuff that I'd pay a reasonable price for.

Been trying to donate potato seeds all day, and noticed that @sgoku had been filling all requests very quickly. So I posted a request of my own and it was filled in <10 seconds. Too fast for a human to search and donate manually for sure. Upon looking at sgoku's profile, it seems that all they do is post farville stuff and occasionally those weird genai posts about a strange peanut-themed project which I've seen on several other farville player profiles that seem suspiciously like bots. Anyone else have issues like this? Thanks @limone.eth and crew for making visible who filled donation requests. Now we can identify obvious bots.. But what can we do about them? It's nearly impossible to complete donation quests when these bots are gobbling up every donation request on the board.

What type of mechanism does /farville use to detect exploits of the donation system for xp farming? It seems, based on search results and the posts/profiles of prolific requestors, that the donation system is being used quite a lot more than needed for daily quests and topping up inventories. @limone.eth is this the intended use of the donation system? If not, is anything being done to prevent this behavior? As a regular user, requests/donations are kinda useless these days.

So I went to the AOC / Bernie rally in my area, and listened to Alexandria (briefly, but sincerely) criticize the genocide of Palestinians, call out APAC-funded politicians and (not in so many words) call for a shift away from US hegemony and imperialism... Her class politics were based, her political line was accessible, and her political skill was on show... Idk if I'd back or vote for this duo (especially if they're toeing the Dem party line).. But I've got less reason these days to take issues with their politics. It seems they've made the changes which progressives are demanding. ...So I gotta wonder, why are people still treating them as if they're refusing to acknowledge the genocide and the failure of democrats to represent the working class? Honest question. Are people just not listening to them? Do you not trust them at their word? For those in the US: What sort of left coalition would you actually back? (just seeking perspective here; all answers welcomed)

Quest posters aren't sybil or bots, they're just regular users with language barriers... Who also happen to all - farm the same airdrops - post consistent series of AI-generated images - All like the same weird peanut character? - get their requests filled within seconds - often post frequently about the same anime (a specific one for each account) - don't appear to post about anything other than Farcaster stuff, and generic lifestyle/vibes posts What am I missing?

If everyone who likes worker co-ops joined a worker co-op, we'd have a lot of strong worker co-ops. If everyone who likes unions joined a union, we'd have stronger unions. If every crypto regen who likes these things, did these things, we'd have a stronger presence in the labor movement. Wouldn't that be cool?
