Ever wondered how you can support real resistance against institutionalized slavery in US prisons? You can help inmates organize directly on their shop floors by funding supporting the trainers and organizers who help them learn and take action! ๐Ÿ‘‡

The IWW'S Incarcerated Workers Organizing Committee is raising funds to hold its annual organizer's conference. Please consider pitching in! https://www.gofundme.com/f/help-iwoc-hold-our-annual-conference-in-tough-times IWOC is one of the only orgs doing the grueling, difficult work of organizing prison laborers. These folks spend countless hours writing letters, sharing reading material, visiting inmates and supporting their resistance against legalized slavery which primarily benefits private corporations. Some more conservative leaders in the IWW have been slashing IWOC's budget, and they really need this support to continue their important work!

I wonder if the creators of anoncast intended to make a coping mechanism for conservative manchildren on Farcaster, or if that market emerged organically ๐Ÿ˜‚ Funny how it's just one political tribe that hides behind anoncast when voicing their opinions ๐Ÿค”

Just putting it out there that if you buy a HSM and assume you'll never have to upgrade, you're kind of a dipshit and should probably just use a software wallet. Also fuck Ledger.

Did we ever stop to think that, with the proliferation of agents in our everyday lives/txns, we're also embedding principle/agent problems into our lives as well? Even troubleshooting avatar interactions in /circles can feel conflict-prone without constant eggshell-stepping because the actions of the automated system use real peoples' avatars in complicated ways. Sure, having agents execute difficult tasks is awesome.. But when it comes at a human coordination and relationship costs within my own trust network, is it worth it? Do humans have the neccesary skills to navigate the agentic future? Seems like there's a need to step back and consider the human ramifications of having hundreds of little proxies wearing our pfp's and interacting with others on our behalf maybe.

Hey @aboutcircles, why has my tradable balance gone to zero since backing? It used to be pretty big. I've been pretty active in inviting new members I trust, and would like to invite more.. But I have none of my own circles to send!! I feel like this must be broken. I should at least be able to invite people with my circles. That arb bot seems to be shuffling all my tokens around tho.

@daylight is great. I hope they don't pivot to something stupid like memecoins. They're one of the few projects with a perfect UX, providing real value with calm technology. Onchain discovery is such a deep space for innovation and the surface has just barely been scratched. I'd love to see them expand to serve pro-social use cases like discovering contribution / collaboration opportunities, relevant PG value flows, awesome local projects and other regenerative interactions. Or, on the consumer side, vulnerability notifications or discovering relevant alternatives to the dapps I use. All stuff that I'd pay a reasonable price for.

Been trying to donate potato seeds all day, and noticed that @sgoku had been filling all requests very quickly. So I posted a request of my own and it was filled in <10 seconds. Too fast for a human to search and donate manually for sure. Upon looking at sgoku's profile, it seems that all they do is post farville stuff and occasionally those weird genai posts about a strange peanut-themed project which I've seen on several other farville player profiles that seem suspiciously like bots. Anyone else have issues like this? Thanks @limone.eth and crew for making visible who filled donation requests. Now we can identify obvious bots.. But what can we do about them? It's nearly impossible to complete donation quests when these bots are gobbling up every donation request on the board.

What type of mechanism does /farville use to detect exploits of the donation system for xp farming? It seems, based on search results and the posts/profiles of prolific requestors, that the donation system is being used quite a lot more than needed for daily quests and topping up inventories. @limone.eth is this the intended use of the donation system? If not, is anything being done to prevent this behavior? As a regular user, requests/donations are kinda useless these days.
