I moved to London with zero money and no place to live just crashed on people’s floors. Called my best friend and told him to come with me to London because we had to try and make it in music. We ended up signing a record deal, playing Glastonbury and 5 years of epic adventure. That risk changed my whole life.

Every day I get up at 5 or 6am and start writing. No matter what. I’ve done it for as long as I can remember. Even weekends are early bc… small kids Recently instead of working I made a coffee, came back upstairs and read a book. The wave of relaxation was soo intense I didn’t realise how burnt I was
