I didn't thought about this completely through but one potentially interesting way to tackle this could be to let users enter their own OpenAI (or else) API key and then let users tell what rules they want the AI for each chat group. Warpcast would feed the AI with the content and the prompt and the AI would display the returned response. Now that OpenAI supports json schema to return valid structured json, that seems doable no? cc @dwr.eth

Creating a customized S-1 application for tokens is an interesting direction (at least the SEC is proposing something) but it seems totally inapplicable just by the mere fact that S-1s require SEC approval. Even worse: this implies that all tokens would be treated as securities... which is both false and wrong. The first step for the SEC should rather be to create an exemption framework to enshrine the concept of progressive decentralization allowing builders of decentralized networks to *compliantly* issue value accruing non-security tokens once their network is sufficiently decentralized. https://x.com/TheBlock__/status/1830855705005363509

Yes, we do need "compelling value-accruing tokens", but I don't see a "US regulatory framework that allows for alt tokens [..] with security-like features" happening. If regulators give us a framework that enshrines the concept of progressive decentralization for founders building (real) decentralized networks and attaches some regulatory exemptions to it, that will already be a huge win! But real value-accruing tokens will emerge when we put real securities onchain. 100% agree! I've been in the US 10 years now and I still don't understand the controversy. It seems so logical to me to present an ID to vote. On top, they ask you for your driver license everywhere! I was at the doctor this afternoon... first thing they did is ask me for my ID 🤷 What's the big deal? Can one of my American friend explain? Shouldn't the process be: 1/ Register to vote (at any time) by proving you're a US citizen 2/ On "voting day", present an ID to prove you're effectively the guy on the list that previously registered to vote. Where is the problem?
