a) RLHF is limited by LLMs gaming the reward model neural nets and producing nonsensical results

Hot take: someone should launch a different higher token with a different distribution mechanic. My hunch is it ~wouldnt~ do super well but on the other hand it would be entirely in line with what the current relationship is between the open brand and the token 

Basically: remember, no one is tied to the token. If you’re building around higher and don’t hold a lot of $higher, I wouldn’t really feel obliged to it 

Tokens have many flaws and advantages, in this case you get access to a group of high agency people by using the token. And by using the token you also are subject to the distribution on launch and everything that has followed. 

Maybe the point here is more general. Do not be beholden to some status quo that does not feel generative to you.
