How is the wedding in your country? In my country, guests are invited to have a meal - some time we say “high-price inn-meal” (inn-meal is a slang of a very cheap and convenient mea). The atmosphere is cozy and the music is sweet too

Long time no run. Today I tried to follow MAF method. Dont know whether Im right or not, but pace is so slow. I usually run 5km, pace 6-7 and heart rate about 160-170. According to MAF, I should keep heart rate at about 145 at my age?
