My favorite lamb dish lately! Morrocan duck with apricots and prunes. The sweet flavorful sauce gives the perfect balance between the gaminess of the duck and the sweetness of the fruit.

learning a lot lately about what emits VOCs and what’s actually safe to have in a home. finding renter-friendly, space-saving, non-toxic, reasonably priced, and easily accessible products (especially without a car) is a whole mission… but i’ve finally narrowed it down to one option for each thing i need. wild how few offerings exist for people with sensitivities - and when a brand does exist, it’s often 4–5x the “average” price.
