The future of healthcare is in personalized medicine!!
With today’s diet full of additives, processed foods, snacks and sugar, trans fats, and other harmful substances, almost everyone has some stomach issues! Therefore, I highly suggest doing a GI Effects test (gut microbiome analysis).
It will give you a comprehensive profile of your gut health, measuring levels of 1) inflammation, 2) maldigestion, 3) infection, 4) dysbiosis, and 5) metabolite imbalance.
I'm happy to share my results with anyone in DMs if you're interested in the level of detail and analysis this test goes into. It's 12 pages long. 😅
I did my test with Genova Diagnostics, but there are reputable clinics worldwide offering similar services.
