Farcaster

Farcaster Meetup on the beach just behind ethCC at 5pm Wednesday. Who is in? 🏖️

IMO this is a pretty good idea. Current SOTA is crappy custom apps per event with limited social features. But you’re gonna have to get used to people calling crypto “blockchain”.

farcaster could do a lot worse than having everyone who attends crypto events put it on their phone just so they don’t miss out on all the best events during a conference. wedge into more habitual use. drive awareness, eventually miniapp use

i think farcaster should build a more substantial events feature into the app, perhaps as a mini app. 

everyone at ethcc should be using farcaster to find what’s going on and who is at what event. partiful meets snap maps. 

solid value prop ct can grok. a reason to keep the app installed. every ethereum (crypto?) event spurs app opens.
