i tried to create a tic-tac-toe game last night

not using ai, i just programmed how to win the game and all the blocking moves, etc. 

didn't work, was pretty surprised it was so difficult

ethereum is like a big playground for computers. imagine a group of kids playing with lego blocks. these kids are computers working together.

ethereum isn't just about digital money. it's a world where you can build things called smart contracts. think of them like digital vending machines. you put a coin in, make a choice, and something happens automatically.

people don't always know this, but ethereum lets you do more than just pay for stuff. it can run programs and make things happen without a central boss. this makes it really special because anyone can invent new games and ideas on it.

so, ethereum's not just magic internet money, it's a place to create and explore, just like in a sandbox where your imagination leads the way.

defi summer was the embryonic stage; innovation flourished: ideas were abundant, infrastructure lagged behind & regulation did not exist  

now infrastructure has improved & crypto has entered the scaling stage

ideas are no longer abundant; emergence has slowed: most of the competition today is recycled & retried ideas, simply now at-scale

this has led to a decline in innovation (ie. low differentiation) but an increase in competition alongside better regulation, which has ushered in an era of fragmentation

this is what we are currently seeing  

as the market is captured, maturity is realized, fees are reduced & regulation stabilizes; we will enter an era of consolidation

this is on the horizon 

once growth largely becomes m&a driven, there is little room for new ideas &  ai will predominantly drive emerging solutions

this means, today, at the token level, if you want to future-proof your project, you must front run consolidation

this is best accomplished with a locked flywheel at the network level

i figured out the @atlas thesis today but had no time to write it down
